PerLora Terms and Agreement

 

SPECIAL ORDERS & INSTOCK MERCHANDISE

All special orders are custom made for you and may only be cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of placement. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the order. PerLora shall notify the Customer when the products arrive and will schedule a delivery date. All balances are due prior to delivery, at pick up or 30 days after the merchandise is received by PerLora (unless special arrangements are made). Merchandise stored at PerLora for more than 30 days is subject to a monthly fee of 3.5% of the original purchase price.

Clerical or special order pricing errors are subject to cancellation or correction by PerLora.

Estimated lead times are based on manufacturer’s recommendation, order requirements, & past history. PerLora cannot be responsible for arrival delays beyond our control including but not limited to: floods, fires, acts of God or the public enemy, labor or transportation difficulties, fabric delays, production delays, & shipping delays.

In the event that the goods are damaged or otherwise subject to proper rejection by the Customer, PerLora has the right to cure within a reasonable period of time. If PerLora cannot cure within such a period of time, PerLora will refund all payments made by the Customer.

In stock Purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase, with arrangement for immediate pick-up or delivery. Merchandise sold “As Is” or “CLOSEOUT” constitute a Final sale. All bedding (mattresses, bed pillows, bed linens, and sleeper sofas) is non-returnable under any circumstances by state law.

 

WARRANTY

All items sold only carry the manufacturer’s warranty that might apply. PerLora makes no warranties beyond the written description of the goods on the face of hereof unless otherwise stated by PerLora in writing. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please ask for specifics about the products that you purchase. Customer is responsible for all costs to return items requiring warranty repair work and replacement.

 

DELIVERY

The customer is responsible to insure that furniture purchased will fit through doorways, in elevators or through stairway passages. PerLora is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit. Customer is responsible for a re-stocking fee that is deducted from their deposit. (see re-stocking fees below)*. Prices quoted do not include special delivery requirements, crates, unusual deliveries, delivery out of our normal area or special common carrier charges for special delivery. Delivery personnel will neither move nor discard any existing furniture. Delivery personnel will not hang pictures or mirrors and are unable to install TV or stereo parts. All service and delivery fees are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise carefully upon delivery. A signature on the delivery slip by the customer or agent means the merchandise is acceptable. A redelivery charge will apply if customer is not at home or cannot accept the delivery for any reason after delivery confirmation has been made.

 

PICK-UPS

It is the Customer’s responsibility to bring the appropriate packaging material and manpower with them to pickup their merchandise. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to loading in vehicle. PerLora is not responsible for any damage that may occur to merchandise, vehicle, person(s) or property during loading/unloading or in transit.

 

RE-STOCKING & OTHER FEES

Merchandise that has been delivered may be returned at the discretion of PerLora. The customer will forfeit the original delivery fee and will incur a pick-up fee equal to the delivery fee. Furniture items purchased new, but returned without the original packaging, will be accepted at the sole discretion of PerLora. A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed. Items assembled by or for a customer may be returned at the sole discretion of PerLora and will incur a minimum 25% re-stocking fee & forfeiture of any original assembly charges paid. In both cases, after the re-stocking fee is accessed the balance of the deposit will remain an in-store credit.

 

STORE CREDIT

Returns for stock items purchased within to 10 days, may be returned at the sole discretion of management.
